1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during peak sowing seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Local Delivery (Jaipur/Rajasthan): Estimated 2-4 business days.
- Domestic Shipping (Rest of India): Estimated 5-8 business days.
- Heavy Shipments: For bulk orders of Vermicompost (50kg and above), we may use specialized surface transport partners. Delivery times for bulk orders may vary based on your location.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on laxmiagroorganics.com.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all major pincodes within India.
- If your location is a “Remote Area” or “OODA” (Out of Delivery Area) as per our courier partners, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery options or a full refund.
5. Damages & Shortages
Laxmi Agro Organics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the damage is not reported immediately.
- If you receive your order damaged, please take a photo and a short unboxing video before opening the package.
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Please contact our support team at laxmiagroorganics@gmail.com / 9782487613 within 24 hours of receipt to initiate a replacement request.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Laxmi Agro Organics is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
