Laxmi Agro Organics (Proprietorship) believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
1. The 24-Hour Cancellation Window
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To ensure security and accurate record-keeping, all cancellations must be performed through our website’s official login system:
- Login to your account at laxmiagroorganics.com.
- Navigate to the “My Account” section and select “Orders”.
- Locate your recent order. If the order is within the eligible 24-hour window and has not been dispatched, a “Cancel” button will be visible.
- Click the button to submit your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the status is updated.
3. Exceptions to Cancellation
- Perishable Goods: Items like fresh produce or specific organic live cultures cannot be cancelled once the packaging process has begun, even if requested within 24 hours.
- Shifting/Dispatched Orders: There is no cancellation of orders placed under the “Same Day Delivery” category or if the order has already been handed over to our logistics partner.
- Damaged/Defective Items: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
4. Refund Process
In case of any gently cancelled order, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow upto 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
