Refund and Returns Policy

At Laxmi Agro Organics, we take pride in the quality of our organic products. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed for purchases made on laxmiagroorganics.com.

1. Eligibility for Returns (Non-Perishable Items Only)

Returns are only applicable to non-perishable items (such as garden tools, specific equipment, or unopened hard-goods).

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Perishable goods—including but not limited to Organic Manure, Seeds, Pickles, and Superfoods—are exempt from being returned due to their nature and health/safety regulations.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item:

  • Please record an unboxing video or take clear photographs of the package.
  • Report the issue to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. The Return Process

For eligible non-perishable items:

  1. Request: Email us at laxmiagroorganics@gmail.com or use the contact form on laxmiagroorganics.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the package.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-perishable items unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
