5. Cancellation Policy (The 24-Hour Rule)
- Window: Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours from the exact date and time of purchase.

- Dispatched Orders: If an order has been dispatched or handed over to our logistics partner before the 24-hour window expires, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
